General Overview

anc365 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "anc365") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various entertainment services for users in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing games.

Deposit Rules

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.
• anc365 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If a bonus offer is not claimed within the specified time, it will be automatically cancelled.

VIP Program

Loyal members of anc365 can participate in four VIP tiers: Bronze (maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%), Silver (maximum cashback of 0.4%), Gold (maximum cashback of 0.6%), and Platinum (maximum cashback of 0.8%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on anc365 are governed by specific rules. These rules ensure fair play and equal opportunity for all users.

General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• anc365 reserves the right to void incorrect results caused by technical errors.
• Bets related to an event will be settled once the outcome of that event has been confirmed.
• anc365 is not liable for any gains or losses resulting from software errors or technical disruptions.

Cricket Betting

Betting is available on various cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. In the event of a match being cancelled or abandoned, the settlement rules will be stated on the relevant event page.

Live Casino and Slot Games

The rules for live casino and slot games are determined by the terms of the relevant game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). The specific rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the anc365 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual or family name.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or other automated software.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to gain bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension and Closure

anc365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

User's Own Request

Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction activity for a prolonged period, the account may be considered inactive. In this case, anc365 will notify the user.

All content on the anc365 website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is the intellectual property of anc365 or its respective licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission from anc365 is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, anc365 will not be held liable in the following cases:
